The project includes the preparation and design of the master plan and the infrastructure for the mixed-use development located on Al-Irsal area in Al-Bireh. The total built up area is 200,000 square meter on the site which has a total area of 55,000 square meter. Total estimated cost of the project is 400 million USD including construction of 13 towers. The consultancy is performed in cooperation with CC, Jordan.
UG along with CC, Jordan, provided the following services:
- Re-design of the Master Plan, including roads layout
- Preparation of Land-Use Plan
- Preparation of the Roads and Circulation Plan
- Preparation of the Water and Wastewater Plans
