The project includes providing a Regional Master Plan with detailed land use plan and a development agenda for the targeted communities.
The main objective of the proposed regional master plan is to prepare a detailed regional land use plan and a development agenda for the targeted communities represented by local government units, through a participatory approach; in order to enhance their tenure security and foster their resilience in lights of the difficult geopolitical conditions on the ground.
