The project includes providing a detailed Master Plan with detailed design of all infrastructure components for the university.
The project includes the analysis of the site and the existing buildings and facilities for the sake of the preparation of the Master Plan and Infrastructure design for the whole campus. The Master Plan will include the faculties, sport facilities, student dormitories, library and other student and faculty activity.
Services provided by Universal Group for Engineering and Consulting (UG) in association with Arab Experts for Engineering and Consultation (ARABEX), Electromechanical Consultants (EMC), and Vertex Consulting Engineers and Infrastructure (VERTEX) include the following:
- Site analysis and study of future needs as per the Strategic Plan of Kadoorie University for the next coming 20 years.
- Conceptual Master Plan alternatives.
- Conceptual design for the different infrastructure elements of the campus including internal roads, water supply, and wastewater, drainage systems and electromechanical layouts.
- Design the landscape of the campus.
- Detailed design of the on-campus infrastructure elements.
