Preparation of a manual that aims to formulate engineering standards and specifications for roads and transportation planning. This manual will constitute the basis for physical plans preparation in all the aspects related to roads. As stated in the Physical Planning Manual prepared by the General Directorate of Organization and Urban Planning in the Ministry of Local Government in 2010. These include Planning Framework, Spatial Development Framework, Land-use plans and complementary sectoral plans.

- Prepared with graphic and maps that illustrate planning and design guidelines or provide sample works.
- Facilitates improving local governance, management and capacity in the sector.
UG has provided the following services:
