Burham Land Development Project

The project includes the preparation and design  of the master plan and the infrastructure for the residential development located on Birzeit-Burham Road. The total built up area is about 125,000 square meter  on the site which has a total area of 88,000 square meter. Total estimated cost of the project is 60 million USD including construction of resident buildings and the infrastructure. The consultancy is performed in cooperation with Sigma, Jordan and EMC.
