The project aim was the preparation of the Master Plan for the new campus of An-Najah National University. The total area of project is 120 thousand m2.
The project includes the site analysis and the preparation of the future development plan for different university faculties, especially the scientific faculties. There is student dormitories, the main library, and the scientific centers as well. It also includes an auditorium, a gymnasium, and other student and faculty activity centers.
Services provided by Universal Group for Engineering and Consulting (UG) in association with Jafar Tukan and Partners Company, Architect & Engineers, Shrader Engineering Company, MEP Consulting Engineers and Electro-Mechanical Consulting Firm (UNECO). These services include the followings:
- Study space requirement and faculty development plans for the years 2010 and 2020.
- Prepare the Master Plan.
- Prepare the conceptual design for the different faculties in the campus.
- Prepare the conceptual design for the different infrastructure elements of the campus including internal roads, water supply, and wastewater, and drainage systems.
- Design the landscape of the campus.
- Design the off-campus and on-campus infrastructure elements.
