The project includes main tower on site of area 4,268 m2 with total building area of 28,995 m2, distributed on seventeen floors (3 at Basements, 4 Floors at Podium, 10 Floors at Tower).
- The three basements floor contain Parkings.
- The ground floor and the first floor contain Gallery Shops.
- The second floor and the third floor contain Offices.
- The fourth floor contains Fitness club & Coffee Shop.
- Floor five to floor ten are for Administration & Employees.
- Floor eleven to the roof are Commercial Spaces.
The work includes providing management, supervision & consulting services for the construction of AMMAR TOWER, In joint venture with the Designer “Consolidated Consultants (CC)”.
